Refund policy

We hope you love your Knué products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition – unused, undamaged, with all packaging, tags, and dust bag included.
• We do not offer exchanges at this time. A refund will be processed once your return is approved.

How to Start a Return

• To request a return, please visit our Returns Portal and submit your order details.
• You will receive confirmation and instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as KNUE cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed returns.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return after receiving it.
• Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items

• Any item not in its original condition or returned outside the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
