Where We Ship

• At this time, Knué ships exclusively within Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times & Costs

• Hong Kong: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Philippines: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

 Important Notes

• We do not currently ship internationally outside Hong Kong and the Philippines.
• Knué is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier networks, or force majeure events.
